What we collect
We collect the information you provide during onboarding (name, email, company, role) and the competitor URLs you ask us to monitor. We also store the intelligence briefs we generate for you.
How we use it
We use your information solely to deliver the RivalEdge service — generating competitive intelligence briefs and delivering them to your Slack channel and Notion workspace. We do not sell your data to third parties.
What we track
We only track publicly accessible information about the competitors you specify. We do not access any data behind logins, paywalls, or private APIs.
Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted from our systems.
